Haryana BJP Chief’s son send to two days police custody by district court Chandigarh August 10, 2017

 

Haryana BJP Chief son Vikas Barala and his friend were today remanded to two days police custody by Chandigarh district court in an attempt to kidnap case. The two were produced in the court in the afternoon through special gate instead of the general gate by the Chandigarh police and has demanded five days police custody. The police has sought police custody for the further investigation of the case. On the other hand, the advocate of Vikas Barala said that the whole case is based on the apprehension and it is media trial and there is nothing to be recovered from Barala. Barala’s counsel pleaded for the bail of Vikas Barala and his friend.
