Mahindra has secured first place in the 2017 Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI).
The Indian company won the coveted position after overtaking international auto majors like Toyota and Ford.
According to JD Power, Mahindra has secured number one rank with 866 scores. Toyota ranked second on the number two, got 856 points and third got 846 points.
The average point is 840. The 2017 India Cells Satisfaction Index (SSI) has been based on the responses of 7831 new vehicle buyers. These customers had bought a new vehicle between September 2016 and April 2017.
The study focused on 6 factors, including sales (17 percent), dealer facility (17 percent), deal and paperwork (17 percent), delivery time (17 percent), salespersons (16 percent) and delivery process (16 percent).
