My wails did not deter them and they raped me," the victim alleged .According to Times of India An eight-month-old girl died after she was snatched from her 23-year-old mother's arms and thrown out of a moving auto in Gurgaon by three men who were making sexual advances at the woman.
This happened around midnight on May 29 but came to light on Monday when the woman filed gang-rape charges against the three men. Police had filed a case of murder and molestation after her first complaint on May 30.
The baby, cops said, died of head injuries. The 23-year-old was forced to get into an auto at that hour because she had a fight with her neighbours and, since her husband was away for work, decided to spend the night at her parents' place on Khanda road.
In her latest complaint to police, she said, "Within minutes of me taking my seat, they started molesting me. I resisted and screamed and my child started crying. They snatched her and threw her on the road. My wails did not deter them and they raped me and then fled."
