Sleep? Who is sleep? Earlier sleep was regular but now it’s rare. To take rest by the suspension of voluntarily body functions is sleep. Nowadays youth is addicted to mobile phones which helps them not to sleep!!! These days it is very common to sleep at midnight which was earlier unusual. Mobile phones are the main reason which distracts the students from their studies. Their study time and sleep time has been declined. Everything should be balanced in an individual’s life otherwise it will teach you a lesson in your life.

Studies should act like a best buddy; Sleep should act as a friend and mobile phone as a common person. Sleep is necessary but not a mobile phone. There are more benefits to sleeping than mobile phones. Sleep reduces cancer and makes you more alert. It may reduce the risk of depression and help in preventing cancer. Social sites may give you a platform to showcase your talent but it has tilted the students from their career.
Excess of any particular thing harms you even sleep also has its disadvantages. Too much of sleep can increase the risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and death according to the study of several years. However, the mobile phone has its advantages also like it connects to the world, helps in storing your data too and many more. Everything has its advantages and disadvantages but. Mainly mobile phone affects our Health and it weakens our eyesight too. It’s in our hand to act wisely that is why reduce chatting and start studying.
