Simran: With the present scenario, a lot is happening around us and no one is really prepared how to deal with this sudden crises. A lot of information is being circulated how to release stress but can we really cope, is the question. Each of us has a different mindset, some of us just look through situations as if they hardly cared and some for the same situation could land up feeling absolutely low and depressed.

Now, we all know what the virus is how to protect ourselves against it, what precautions we should take and all of it. Initially, when the whole issue was new watching the television, hearing news, and reading Whatsapp messages was understandable, but definitely not anymore.
The best thing now is just STOP watching the news or anything related to this issue. Any friend or relative who begins a discussion on the same politely let them know to talk on any other subject and that you are not interested in the current happenings.
You will see that this small step itself will make a huge difference to you. Sometimes ignorance is bliss. It holds true. It is physiology that if we think of the same thing, again and again, we begin to feel the symptoms in us. So by changing your physiology, you can change your state of mind.
You have the power to change your presents that’s where your focus should be. No matter what is happening in your life, it’s just you and you alone who can change the state of mind. So, a tips: Don’t HOPE to be in a good state COMMAND IT. Feel the abundance you have in life and believe in yourself.
